The Inari Sami's own home river, the River Juutuanjoki. The River Juutuanjoki collects its water from an extensive fell area. Through it, the waters of the Menesjoki, Lemmenjoki, Vaskojoki and Kaamasjoki drains to Lake Inari and from there to the Arctic Ocean through the Pasvik River.
Why you should visit it
Ritakoski and Haapakoski are famous paradises for fly fishermen. The nature trail along the Juutua tells stories and moods about that river and the famous Juutua trout. There is also organised rafting at the river Juutuanjoki.
