It’s the small island in Pambotida Lake at Ioannina, Greece. It is located at the northwestern side of the lake, it’s around 200 square meters and habitable. The current settlement of the island is around 110 houses, built in the traditional architecture thus declared as a protected, traditional settlement.

Why you should visit it
To reach the island you need to take the boat that leaves from the lake bank with a low fare. This visit to the island is like a short trip back to the past, something you will enjoy and remember as you stroll on the narrow paved streets with traditional buildings on both sides and the unique view of the lake from anywhere in between!
