It's a beautiful place to see the sunset drinking a beer or listening some music. The Hotel Globo is a famous and old place in the city and was actually a hotel for few years and closed for few more, but now is just a place to meet friends and take pictures (like pre-wedding and debut). Sometimes people go there during the sunset to sing.
