Photo: Wikimedia CommonsHoused in a lovingly restored 150-year-old mansion once home to a royal priest, Bhojan Griha is the place for a full-dress traditional Nepali feast. Waiters in traditional dress bring an unhurried multi-course thali of Newari and Nepali dishes while musicians and dancers perform on the central floor. It is touristy in the best sense and genuinely delicious, built around mostly organic ingredients. Book ahead for dinner, arrive hungry, and try the home-brewed raksi.
