Why locals love it
At the beginning of August the annual Seenachtfest takes place in Konstanz. About 50.000 people watch it every year. During daytime there are a lot of events on the festival area like waterski-shows, bands, kids entertainment, food stalls etc. The final of the festival is a firework over the lake.
Why you should visit it
One of the biggest fireworks in Germany in cooperation with Switzerland. The Germans start with the firework, then it is Switzerlands turn to join in. There is usually an annual theme and music. Don't miss out.
Special tip
Locals avoid to pay entrance and there a few spots where you can watch the firework for free.
