A jazz club in vaulted cellars beneath an arcaded townhouse on the Main Market Square, with live music most nights spanning mainstream jazz, blues, funk, soul and Latin, plus regular jam sessions that draw players from the city’s music academy and visiting musicians. The room is small and tables sit close to the stage, so seats are usually reserved in advance for headline acts; some concerts carry a cover charge while others are free.
