John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge

The John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge over the Cumberland River in Nashville

Downtown / East Bank

This former truss bridge, once the Shelby Street Bridge, is now one of the longest pedestrian bridges in the world and the best free skyline view in town. Walk across for downtown panoramas on one side and the river and stadium on the other, especially at sunset or during fireworks. It’s an easy connector to East Nashville on foot.
