If you only do one honky-tonk on Broadway, make it Robert’s, where the bands still play real traditional country and Western swing instead of Top 40 covers. It started as a boot shop, so the wall is lined with cowboy boots, and the famous order is the ‘Recession Special’: fried bologna sandwich, chips, moon pie and a PBR. No cover, just tip the band.
