Why it matters: opened in 2023 by the Fundacja Leny Grochowskiej, toMy is a working cafe where people with intellectual disabilities are employed as baristas, servers, and ceramics instructors – the foundation’s third such cafe after outposts in Siedlce and Gdańsk. Beyond coffee, the attached ceramics studio runs hands-on workshops where visitors can throw and paint their own pieces alongside the staff who make them. Order a coffee with a slice of pistachio cheesecake or brownie, and if you have an hour to spare, book a ceramics session – one of the warmest ways to spend an afternoon in central Warsaw. Note it’s closed Mondays.
