Vis-à-vis is just a cozy café/bar where you can spend hours talking to your friends/family/... It is visited by a lot of Luxembourgish people. They have one of the most beautiful terraces downtown, from where you can observe the city life around you. The staff is nice and the prices are okay (compared to other overpriced locations downtown).
