Chef is the owner of this restaurant, and he cooks wonderful food, for a very good price. Spanish wine list includes very good wines. Place is small and you'll be lucky to find a table; and is walking distance to the main attractions in San Angel.
It's cosy, has dim lights and a big TV screen to watch Sunday's Spanish soccer games. It's also walking distance from San Angel's downtown.
Menu changes constantly... but everything I've tried I've enjoyed.
