One of Milan’s great neighbourhood markets, spilling along Via Fauché in the northwest of the city on Tuesday mornings and all day Saturday. Half of it is classic Milanese daily life — seasonal produce, cheese, fish, flowers — and half is the reason fashion-lovers make the trip: stalls of discounted designer clothing and shoes, with names like Prada, Miu Miu and Fendi at a fraction of retail. Lively, local, and not remotely touristy.
