Great place to come, chill, breathe in and respect the work of one of the greatest female architects Montenegro ever had. It is a monument to the fallen of Lješanska Nahija (a historical region in eastern Montenegro; it was a nahija (sub-district) of the Ottoman Empire). The memorial (inaugurated in 1980) occupies a large space.

A touch of art and history, splendid memorial. Hidden from the immediate view from the main road leading from the capital Podgorica to Cetinje, there is a memorial waiting for people that are curious to hear the story of the victims in the Balkan, First and Second World War (all three units making the monument are separate).
There are no information boards, there is no lighting. There is also an abandoned Barutana elementary school.
