This is one of the show pieces of Prague's rising burger scene. They've been open since 2008 and use excellent fresh meat, cooked with a little pink (or to your liking) and served in a freshly baked brioche. The burgers here rival even that of in the States.
Why you should visit it
If you're tired of the goulash and svickova, but you still want some tasty slow food downtown, then you best go here. Some of the best burgers that you can have in the world are served here. And there's a huge selection of them too, from blue cheese and portabella to BBQ bacon cheeseburgers.
Special tip
I love the blue cheese portabella that I mentioned. Also be sure to book a table in the evenings, the place is quite small!
