This is one of the show pieces of Prague's rising burger scene. They've been open since 2008 and use excellent fresh meat, cooked with a little pink (or to your liking) and served in a freshly baked brioche. The burgers here rival even that of in the States.

I love the blue cheese portabella that I mentioned. Also be sure to book a table in the evenings, the place is quite small!
