Why locals love it
Divoká Šárka is a beautiful valley and nature reserve at the edge of Prague 6, so not far from the city center. You can find there total escape from the noise of the metropoly. The name means Wild Sarka, after the mythic female warrior who allegedly threw herself off one of the cliffs.

Why you should visit it
If you like hiking, cycling or climbing in the nature and do not want to go very far from the center Divoká Šárka is an ideal place where you could return many times and never have enough. The valley is easily accessible by trams (26 or 20 to the Divoká Šárka stop).
Special tip
In the summer, there is a popular outdoor pool right in the middle of the valley.
