Few things can beat sitting on the patio of a nearly 1000 year old monastery drinking beer on a sunny day. They brew there a very solid dark beer, light beer, and a seasonal draft as well - in winter, their IPA is great.

Visit it to start your tour of the Castle. Take the 22 tram here, then walk down to the Castle itself. There are three or more great beers to try, and the food is delicious and affordable as well. They serve here the usual Czech cuisine.
The goulash soup in a bread bowl is some of the best in town!
