Slavonic Island

Why locals love it

Slavonic Island is one of the 13 islands of Prague. With the neo-Renaissance Žofín palace from 1837 it is the most significant one. Historically this was also the place of the first Slavic Congress from 1848 organized to unite the Slavonic nations of Europe.
