Why locals love it
Good food, great location & adequate service. The prices are pretty decent and the soups and meals are normally quite tasty. It's such a great location though that sometimes its just great to sit by the window and stare at the downtown chaos.
Why you should visit it
On a sunny day it's great to sit outside and enjoy the vibrant downtown life. The coffee is good, though I wouldn't order tea here (teabag + hot water = nahh..). It's a cozy place, though I wouldn't say this makes you feel like being in Paris.

The lunch offers and soups are quite a safe bet.
