Why locals love it
The ST has it's name from the university faculty it shares the grounds with: Schiffstechnik (ship engineering). Accordingly maritime is the theme of the club. However, the only thing the parties have in common with ships is that the amount of booze consumed on a good night, thanks to the very low prices.

Why you should visit it
The club is famous among students and young locals who don't need the mainstream charts to be happy. Trash, 80's, 90's, bad taste, and tequila parties are just a few of the regular themes on the programme. Either you like it, or you have to drink enough. But as I said, it's cheap, so don't worry.
Special tip
Check out their parties and other events on their homepage - there is a lot going on throughout the year! And don't wear your best shoes. And clothes.
