Why locals love it
Traditionally Rovaniemi has been a northernmost market post for people to meet up and sell their products on its big markets. Old Squares Market is a charity event organised by volunteery group of people to bring back ghat old-fashioned Rovaniemi's Markets to the younger generations.
Why you should visit it
Fair is carnival due the sell booth keepers are mostly all dressing up in traditional and historical clothing for the market. The Square will be decorated in historical view and the full weekend is programmed with music and different activities.
