Marlboro Hill is a stretch of rolling, pine-covered hillside that has become Sagada's go-to free sunrise viewpoint since the original Kiltepan Viewpoint closed to the public after a 2018 fire. On a clear morning the valley below fills with a sea of clouds, and there is no entrance fee to reach the viewing area.
Local tip: Arrive before dawn and bring a jacket; it is cold and exposed at that hour.
