St. Mary’s Episcopal Church

★ 4.6

Built in 1904 by American Episcopal missionaries, St. Mary's is a stone church with a distinctive Gothic-influenced roofline and blue doors, still an active parish at the top of town. It is free to step inside between services, and its cemetery walk is the usual starting point for the descent into Echo Valley.

Local tip: Dress modestly if you are visiting outside service hours out of respect for the working parish.
