A seventeenth-century casa palacio in the Alfalfa quarter, converted into a hotel of seventeen rooms arranged around a colonnaded central patio. The restoration exposed original beams and stonework and added marble and limestone bathrooms, and the rooms differ substantially in size, from compact doubles to duplex suites with private terraces. A roof terrace holds a plunge pool and a mirador looking over the tiled roofs towards the Giralda. There is a small bar and dining room serving tapas through the day. The cathedral and the Alcazar are about five minutes on foot, and the surrounding streets are among the better parts of the centre for independent bars.
