Why locals love it
The Shkoder train station itself is not that exciting. Only one train runs by it, every morning and very early, to go to Tirana. But when all you want is just some peace and quiet with a nice view, this is the place to go!
Why you should visit it
From many places in the city you can witness those beautiful mountains. From the train station, it looks like they are much closer and I believe one of thevery colourful trains stays there all day. If you're looking for a place to do a nice photoshoot I would recommend it.
Special tip
If you go at the end of the afternoon, the sun will be shining on the albanian Alps!
