The Šibenik green market, or pazar, is the city daily open-air market where growers sell seasonal fruit, vegetables, olive oil, cheese and honey from the surrounding Dalmatian countryside. Stalls operate every morning near the old town, and an adjacent covered fish market offers the day catch. It is the best place to sample and buy local produce and regional specialities directly from producers.
