Why locals love it
National tours of musicals come and perform every summer at the Muny. Tickets are available for purchase, but there are 500 free seats in the back 10 rows at every performance. Bring some dinner and get in line around 5:00pm to ensure you get a seat. The show will start at sundown.

Why you should visit it
This is definitely something local St. Louisans love. Every performance is fantastic, and we love spending time picnicking in Forest Park. The Muny is also America's largest and oldest amphitheater. Shows perform for a week, in the summer only.
Special tip
Parking is always a little tough, so plan enough time to park and walk a few blocks.
