Tilly Devine: notorious gangland figure of the 20th Century who amassed great wealth from evil deeds. A tough cookie, she rose from prostitute, to madam, to leader of the infamous Razor Gangs; her wickedness has become local legend. And while this bar may be too tasteful an homage for the nouveau riche mobster, it's befitting someone of her status.

Why you should visit it
You won't get punched, rinsed or stitched up. Love Tilly Devine is pure class. Its sophisticated aesthetic will please the most discerning palettes. The food and wine list are suitably suave. It's the kind of establishment Devine would have met a policeman she was bribing for a nip of whiskey, before sliding an envelope of cash across the table.
