No-one really knows what this place is called or what are the official opening times. It goes by three different names including Koht (place in Estonian), Kuldne Lõvi (Golden Lion) and Moonshine Bar. It's open in case it's not closed.
Why you should visit it
Since Koht serves a decent selection of beer and attracts a group of interesting regulars, you'll be sitting there for hours with your new-found friends while discussing topics that you didn't expect to cover when you headed out for a beer.
Special tip
It's so hidden in a dark alleyway that you won't believe there's a bar there.
