This is a really secret courtyard behind the Toompea castle. It’s only known by locals and maybe some tourists that get lost or take a wrong turn. However, if you end up there you'll find the best place to hang out during sunset.

Check it out to get a real feel for old Tallinn. You'll be one of the few tourists that come here and it feels so out of place in the otherwise crowded upper town. Grab a blanket, snacks, a few friends and a guitar to enjoy the long summer evenings properly.
