Why locals love it
In the whole city this is the cheapest place to eat lunch at. It's very popular especially among high school and college students. It's not a fancy place but it has a nice atmosphere, feels like eating at home. The meals are simple but yummy, and the portions are big.
Why you should visit it
It's just a 1 minute walk away from the city center. The big menu costs 11.5 lei (2.5 euro), the small menu costs 7 lei (1.5 euro). Open from 10am to 5pm. I only recommend the big menu for extremely hungry people, the small menu is enough to fill you up. Vegetarian menu is available too, for the same price.
Special tip
The best food is on Thursdays. Expect crowds of students and slow service around 2 pm (right after school). The place is located in the basement.
