Why you should visit it
Located behind the Liberty Square, the underground dining area oozes with Soviet aura, as the over-the-counter refrigerator has not been changed and the lady who takes your orders still calculates on the abacus. No music, no loud talking... It's a place to just enjoy your meal!
Special tip
As it's a very old place, there is no air conditioning, making the place very foggy and gloomy from all the cigarette smoke and poor lightning.
