This 19th-century Ottoman clock tower beside Et'hem Bey Mosque is one of Tirana's oldest and most iconic structures. Visitors love climbing its narrow spiral staircase for a close-up view over the square.
Expect a slender historic tower a few steps from Skanderbeg Square that you can sometimes climb for the view.
