Commercial drive is packed with character. This long strip is full of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Locals love to hang out here as it's close to the downtown core but far enough to be away from all of the 'craziness'. You can find lots of great spots for local live music in various cafes and bars.
Why you should visit it
Some of the city's most well-known Italian restaurants, cafes and grocers are on Commercial drive. Though it's known as Vancouver's 'little Italy, the Drive has more than enough diversity to go around. If you're into great food, relaxed atmosphere and locals then the Drive is for you.

Havana has AWESOME brunch and local beer. Bier Craft is home to a plethora of Belgian beer. Frederico's Supper Club for a Saturday night dinner.
