Hosted at L'Enfant Café, this notorious brunch is not for conservatives. The brunch is a right of passage in the Adams Morgan 21+ scene. It's known because of word of mouth. Upon entering, there is a DJ spinning house beats and the best of pop music. Wait staff walk around with shots of Kir Royale and champagne for brunch party goers.

Why you should visit it
Once things get started and all parties have arrived, the staff are told to shut the blinds. This is a proper (Parisian) kiki. With the blinds closed and the lights dimmed, brunch and dancing can commence in Vegas-meets-Paris fashion. This includes, of course, topless dancers, a whole lot of champagne, and prix fixed brunch eats.
Special tip
You have to book a reservation online and La Boum only occurs on Saturdays and Sundays.
