This sculpture that belongs to a famous Russian sculptor Merkurov is now laying in the inner yard of the Armenian History Museum, headless, under the open sky. It is not accessible to the public and if you really want too see it you have to talk to the policemen that are always around there.
Visiting and seeing it is one of the most unique experiences especially for those who are interested in the soviet past of modern Armenia, or for those who like surreal things. It could be a perfect photo but policemen do not let you take pictures.
The head of Lenin is not visible but it is there locked in the basement next to the statue, so to make sure that Soviet Union never comes back:)
