Why you should visit it
It is the most impressive architectural monument of Zagreb, yet people still skip it when they're arranging travel plans for their stay in Zagreb. Make sure you don't skip it and make sure to take an hour or two to walk through the old part of the cemetery, full of breathtaking sculptures.
Special tip
If you're here in late October, the cemetery is even more impressive. All the graves get decorated with candles and flowers for All Saints' Day.
