Open since 1991, when it began as a small log-built inn, Aparjods is the long-standing Sigulda address for a proper Latvian dinner and a bed.
Over 30 rooms in timber buildings, two seminar halls, a bathhouse with sauna and hot tub, and a rustic restaurant with a serious wine room.
Local tip: The restaurant serves noon to 11pm daily but the kitchen closes at 10pm, so order earlier than you think.
