Ferme Nos Pilifs is a working farm in Neder-Over-Heembeek in the north of Brussels, run as an entreprise de travail adapté employing around 145 people with disabilities in ordinary paid jobs. Visitors can use an organic grocery and bakery, a garden centre, a biscuit workshop and the Estaminet, a farm restaurant and café, while a carpentry workshop and a park and garden maintenance service operate from the same site. The animal park is free to enter and open daily, though the livestock return to their shelters in the late afternoon. Shops and the restaurant close on Mondays and on car-free Sundays in Brussels. The farm lies well outside the centre and is best reached by bus or car.
