Broadacres Marketplace

An open-air market on North Las Vegas Boulevard, operating since the late 1970s and among the largest of its kind in the region, with well over a thousand vendor spaces across a walled site. Trading is at weekends only. The market is overwhelmingly Latino in character: produce, quinceanera dresses, boots, tools, phone cases, religious statuary and a substantial food section selling tacos, pupusas, aguas frescas and elote. A stage carries live banda and norteno music. It closed abruptly in early 2025 over immigration-enforcement concerns and reopened later that year with revised access protocols; vendor numbers have since recovered. A small admission charge applies at the gate. It lies north-east of downtown, well away from tourist routes, and is best reached by car.
