Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour with Las Vegas Strip Flight

Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour with Las Vegas Strip Flight

Operated by Papillon, this flight departs from a private helicopter terminal on Koval Lane, immediately east of the Las Vegas Strip, rather than from an outlying airfield. The round trip lasts about three and a half hours, of which roughly ninety minutes are spent airborne. The helicopter crosses Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam on its way to the western rim of the Grand Canyon, then descends to land on a plateau near the Colorado River, where champagne and light snacks are served during a stop of around half an hour. The return leg includes a pass along the resort corridor, taking in the main casino properties from the air. Pilots provide commentary throughout. Departures run in daylight hours and are weather-dependent.
