Step into the Ruska 46 courtyard after dark and you'll find one of Poland's only public displays of restored vintage neon signage: around thirty rescued advertising signs, saved from the scrapyard by local collector Tomasz Kosmalski, glowing above the cobblestones. Kosmalski began rescuing neons in 2005 and worked with the city to open this open-air gallery in 2014; after a full renovation, the signs were relit in a public ceremony in April 2025.
Local tip: It costs nothing and there's no gate, so the only trick is timing your visit for after dark, since daylight photos miss the whole point.
