Saule Pērkons Daugava (Mural)

Centrs (Tallinas iela)

A giant, joyful splash of street art in central Riga, named for the Latvian trinity of sun, thunder and river — and for the beloved choral song that became an anthem of the Singing Revolution. Sprawling across a building wall near Tallinas iela, the mural weaves Latvian folk symbols and colour into a modern celebration of national identity by local artists. It’s a quick, uplifting detour and a favourite photo stop in the up-and-coming Tallinas Street quarter.

While you’re in the city, pair it with a Riga Central Market food tour.
