A lovingly recreated slice of old Dalmatia set within the Amadria Park resort just outside Šibenik. Spread over 3,000 m² of rustic stone houses, a century-old working watermill, weaving workshops and a rakija distillery, it works as a living museum and a wonderful place to eat. The restaurant leans into garden-to-plate cooking — much of the produce is grown on site — serving traditional Dalmatian dishes in a serene, lantern-lit setting, with evening programmes of local wine tastings and craft demonstrations in season.
