A historic caffè and pasticceria (since 1976) with a prime spot right on Piazza del Duomo, in the shadow of the cathedral. It’s a classic stop for Sicilian sweets and a proper granita with brioche — the mulberry (gelso) is a local speciality — plus cannoli, cassata, arancini and hot crispelle. Grab an outdoor table for people-watching over the square, though come for the setting and sweets more than a full meal.
