A Palma institution since 1958, keeping the old Mallorcan “celler” tradition alive near Plaça dels Patins. The cavernous room is lined with giant wine barrels and vintage bullfight posters, and the kitchen turns out hearty island classics — sopes mallorquines, arros brut, stuffed aubergine, tongue with capers and almond gàto for dessert — in generous portions at fair prices. Third-generation family-run, cosy and thoroughly traditional.
