A Hemingway-inspired cocktail bar hidden down a Central alley, named for “The Old Man and the Sea” (its menu riffs on the author’s novels). Small, retro and effortlessly cool, it turns out inventive, literary-themed drinks that earned it a spell at the very top of Asia’s 50 Best Bars. A perennial Hong Kong favourite.
