Our family of 6 (including my mother in law) recently met up with Yves in Barcelona. It was so great to shop a local farmers market with a local and learn about all the types of ham and fish, which can be overwhelming when you're trying to figure it out yourself, especially in another language. Yves is very knowledgeable and made it fun and interesting for all of us. The kids really enjoyed it too and were so enthusiastic about the cooking process which takes place in his beautiful home (with incredible views of Barcelona)!! The whole experience was such a treat.

Wonderful Family Cooking Experience

Our family of 6 (including my mother in law) recently met up with Yves in Barcelona. My son recommended Yves as an experience not to be missed. Our day with him exceeded all expectations!! My two sisters and I met Yves at the Boqueria to explore the bountiful choices, commiserate on which menu we wished to create, shop, and it all miraculously took shape with Yves at the helm. Our afternoon of cooking was glorious, the outcome was a lunch I will always remember. Yves cooks with all heart and inspires us all. Thank you Yves, and kisses to you and your lovely family!

My nephew told us this is a 'not to be missed experience'. He was right. Yves expertly helped us choose a menu we all liked and lead us through the market choosing the best ingredients. We returned to his lovely house and he involved us all in cooking the meal. The ambiance was lovely from music, wine, city views, gourmet kitchen and conversation. Best of all the food was delicious and we had learned how to cook it! This is a NOT TO BE MISSED EXPERIENCE!
