The Pigeon Rocks at Raouche are Beiruts most famous natural landmark, a pair of towering offshore limestone arches rising from the Mediterranean off the western Corniche. A favourite spot for sunset, the clifftop promenade above offers dramatic sea views, while boat trips pass beneath the arches. It is the iconic image of the citys seafront.
