Great experience and you won't regret spending a day doing the course. We did the market tour first and I would thoroughly recommend it, we discovered two areas of the market we had never visited before and got lots of tasters.
My recommendation is that you plan some time in your day for a nap afterwards as we were shattered and pleasantly tipsy!
