Permanently closed. Opera Plaza no longer operates as a hotel. Babeș-Bolyai University bought the building on Strada General Traian Moșoiu in 2021, and since April 14, 2025, it has been the home of the university’s Faculty of Law (Spotmedia, July 2021; ViaCluj, April 2025). Some booking sites may still show old listings. For a central stay, the hotels below are a short walk away.
